Welcome to Balance Therapeutic Massage & Core Fitness Studio

Call us at (503) 352-9685 today.

We believe that balance is the key to a healthy body, mind and spirit. We take a progressive, holistic approach to self care, incorporating therapeutic massage along with group exercise to help those recovering from injury regain their health and stay fit for life. Whether your goal is to experience less pain, increase your fitness level or athletic performance, or to enhance your overall well being, Balance will be there for you every step of the way.

We are a fully-equipped massage and fitness practice located in downtown Hillsboro. Much of our massage practice is focused on injury recovery, relief from pain and car accident and workers compensation rehabilitation, although we do also provide a variety of treatments purely for relaxation.  We work closely with many health care professionals and insurance providers where appropriate to prescribe a balanced, goal-oriented regimen of therapeutic massage and exercise.

  • "I've been here several times over the past few years, averaging about 12 visits per year. The staff are very friendly and the massage experience is very relaxing. I've seen three different massage therapists here and each has been wonderful. I highly recommend. I've also attended a few of the Pilates classes and they were nice as well."
